Predictive Dialer

If you don’t know what a predictive dialer is, then there is a change that you could be losing out on a lot of business. With that being said, how can you use this tool in order to boost your business?

First off, you need to know exactly what predictive dialing is. Basically, you are a taking a batch of numbers that you have and disbatches a large number of calls at once. What this does then is use the law of averages to predict how many people will actually answer the phone, hence the name.

In order to run a successful marketing campaign, you will need to either do internal tests to see what average that you get at what time of day or you could always find industry averages so that you can staff your call centers accordingly. Once you get your averages down pat, you can then cut your costs and fine tune your staff to be the most efficient.

Anyways, you will need auto dialing software in order for this type of marketing to work the best. There are tons of auto dialing systems out there, so you will need to do a bit of research to see what is best for your company. An example of some of the software programs are hosted predictive dialing programs and open source predictive dialing programs.

Open source allow you to take the software and install it on your own servers, meaning that you have total control over it. Plus, open source means that you can change the software to fit your needs as much as possible. A hosted program, though, will not allow you to do this, as the company that owns the software controls the servers and also the software code.

Predictive dialing is a great boost to your business and can also save your company a ton of time and money, as you are using your staff to talk to people instead of having them dial over and over again. Implementing a good auto dialing software system would be the start gaining more profit in your business.
